Registration for S2,2003/2004

Dear CGA Student,

A new session is coming, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

1. The results of exams held in September 2003 has been released on the website:

Please note that you should input your student number as 1999/2000/2001/200208XXXX.

2. If you wish to register any courses in Session 2, 2003/2004 (December 2003 - March 2004), or supplemental exam in December 2003, please complete the new application form (http://download.esnai.com/data/cga/ApplicationForm0304.zip) and remit the payment before the deadline (refer to item 3) to the following account. Please advise your student number, name and the course name you registered on the remittance slip.

Please note that you must send the application form to our office by e-mail or fax and arrange the payment before deadline. We will arrange for exams or order the course materials only upon receipt of your registration form and payment.

3. The deadline for registration:
   -- Supplemental exam in December 2003:  November 5, 2003
   -- Course in Session 2, 2003/2004 (December 2003 - March 2004):  November 14, 2003

4. If you want to change exam center in Session 1, please inform us by e-mail    before November 5, 2003.
